Wow Potato, Cambodia’s premier destination for the famous 30cm Long Fries, is currently seeking experienced and dynamic leaders to join our expanding operations. We are recruiting for key roles at our Head Office and our premier shopping destination outlets at Aeon Mall 2 (Sen Sok City) and Aeon Mall 3 (Mean Chey).

As we continue to grow from a popular street-food concept into a nationwide brand, we are looking for leadership-oriented individuals passionate about the F&B industry and operational excellence.

Available Positions

1. Accounting Supervisor (Head Office)

The Accounting Supervisor ensures the financial health of our growing business by overseeing daily revenue reconciliation, supplier payments, and tax compliance.

• Location: Phnom Penh (Head Office)

• Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; 2–3 years of experience in F&B or Retail; proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero and Cambodian Tax Law (GDT).

• Salary: Competitive from $500+

2. HR Supervisor (Head Office)

The HR Supervisor is responsible for attracting and retaining top talent while managing payroll, employee relations, and compliance with Cambodian Labor Laws.

• Location: Phnom Penh (Head Office with regular outlet visits)

• Requirements: 2–3 years of HR experience (F&B/Hospitality preferred); strong knowledge of Labor Law and NSSF; excellent organizational and mediation skills.

• Salary: Competitive from $500+

3. Team Leader (Afternoon Shift)

Acting as the "Store Supervisor," the Team Leader manages daily outlet operations, staff performance, and customer service to ensure sales targets are met.

• Locations: Aeon Mall 2 & Aeon Mall 3

• Shift Hours: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Requirements: 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food retail (fast food, bubble tea, or coffee chains).

• Salary: Starting from $300

• Team Leaders: Supervise outlet operations, maintain hygiene standards, and drive daily sales targets.
