b. Consulting is thrilled to partner with Wow Potato, Cambodia’s premier destination for the famous 30cm Long Fries, to find experienced and dynamic leaders for their expanding operations. We are currently recruiting for key roles at their Head Office and Central Kitchen facilities.

As Wow Potato continues to grow from a popular street-food concept into a nationwide brand, we are looking for leadership-oriented individuals passionate about the F&B industry and operational excellence to join their team.

Available Positions

1. Marketing Supervisor (Head Office)

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for driving brand awareness and increasing daily sales by executing all marketing activities, including social media management, creative content production, and promotional campaigns.

• Location: Phnom Penh (Head Office & Outlet visits)

• Requirements: Previous experience in F&B marketing or social media management; creativity in food content; basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut); fluent in Khmer and good command of English.

2. Warehouse Supervisor (Central Kitchen)

The Warehouse Supervisor ensures the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to the outlets. You are responsible for inventory accuracy, storage conditions, and coordinating timely deliveries to prevent outlet shortages.

• Location: Central Kitchen/Warehouse, Phnom Penh

• Requirements: Previous experience in warehouse management, logistics, or F&B inventory control; strong organizational skills with MS Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of food safety practices; high level of integrity and attention to detail.

• Salary: Competitive from $500+

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Supervisor: Manage social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, IG), design promotional posters and short-form videos, and execute monthly marketing campaigns.

• Warehouse Supervisor: Oversee daily/weekly stock counts, strictly implement FIFO/FEFO shelf-life practices, manage semi-finished ingredient production, and coordinate outlet supply replenishment.
